Job Opportunity About the Position We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of our hospitality business. This role requires strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing hospitality operations, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and driving profitability. Our team is dynamic and collaborative, with a strong commitment to excellence and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies aligned with the company's vision and objectives.
  • Assist the CEO in overseeing the management of multiple hospitality assets, ensuring they meet international luxury standards and deliver desired levels of profitability.
  • Collaborate with international luxury hotel brands to maintain and enhance service quality and profitability.
  • Drive operational efficiencies and improvements across all assets.
  • Foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee budgets, financial performance, and profitability of the assets.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including hotel brand partners and senior leadership within the JV.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Hospitality sector.
Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (an advanced degree is preferred).
  • A minimum of 15 years of experience in the Hospitality industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role as General Manager/Unit Head of a Hotel with a leading International Hospitality Brand in India.
  • Proven experience in managing Hospitality Operations.
  • Strong Financial acumen and experience with budgetary management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with international luxury hotel brand standards and operations.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence and achieve business goals.
