We are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist to design and implement a sophisticated sales and lead generation workflow using n8n.

The goal is to automate the process from initial company identification to personalized email outreach, creating a powerful engine for our sales team.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement an end-to-end workflow in n8n, ensuring reliability and scalability.
    • Integrate various third-party services via API, including Google Sheets, OpenAI, Apollo.io, and potentially web scraping services.
    • Implement robust error handling and logging within the n8n workflow.
    • Craft expressions and light code to correctly parse and map data between nodes.
    • Collaborate with us to refine prompts for the AI nodes to ensure high-quality, personalized outputs.
    • Provide clear documentation on the workflow's setup and maintenance.

Skill Requirements:

  • Expertise in n8n, including experience building complex workflows.
  • Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON payloads, and authentication methods (OAuth2, API Keys, Header Auth).
  • Experience integrating LLMs like GPT-4 into automated workflows.
  • Familiarity with web scraping and data enrichment concepts and tools.
  • Problem-solving skills, with ability to debug complex automation issues.
  • Meticulous approach to data mapping and workflow logic.
