Our team is seeking a skilled automation professional to collaborate with our consultant and internal teams in implementing and maintaining Power Automate and Logic Apps flows that integrate Microsoft 365, Business Central, and Jira Service Management.

This role focuses on backend automation, dashboard enrichment, and ticket enrichment logic.

  • Assist in designing and building Power Automate/Logic Apps workflows for ticket creation, enrichment, and notifications.
  • Monitor workflow execution and troubleshoot automation failures.
  • Develop automation to synchronize SharePoint content, customer contacts, or Business Central triggers with Jira Service Management.
  • Support the development of SLA tracking and reporting dashboards using Jira, Power BI, and SharePoint.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for all created and updated workflows.
  • Collaborate closely with QA/QC and Jira Consultant teams to ensure operational compliance.
  • Perform test automation using sample ticket scenarios to validate functionality.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience working with Power Automate or Logic Apps.
  • Familiarity with APIs, webhooks, and JSON fundamentals.
  • Understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, especially Outlook, SharePoint, and Teams.
  • Bonus: Jira/JSM knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
