Job Description

As a strategic process leader, you will oversee automation projects, guiding interns and specialists in building workflows and ensuring clients are informed about progress, challenges, and outcomes.

The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, with experience managing CRM systems and a background in client-facing roles. They should have excellent communication and organizational abilities to coordinate teams and meet client expectations.

  • Develop and execute end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Mentor interns in setting up workflow automation systems (Clay, n8n, Zapier).
  • Design and implement automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com.
  • Ensure seamless integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and others via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor data quality pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs before sharing with clients.
  • Act as the primary client contact, providing updates and ensuring alignment.
Requirements
  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
