Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure desired productivity levels are achieved.
  • Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as necessary.
  • Collaborate with credit managers to resolve loan application issues and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
  • Coordinate with customer and branch officials to facilitate sanction and documentation processes.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects, and referrals.
  2. Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and progress.
  3. Confer with sales team members to provide guidance and support, addressing any challenges or concerns they may face.
  4. Handle customer complaints and resolve them through proactive measures.
  5. Collect post-disbursement documents from clients and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management and leadership, with a strong track record of achieving business targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
