Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our sales team in achieving business targets and driving revenue growth.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, providing guidance and coaching to ensure desired productivity levels are achieved.
- Monitor sales performance and identify areas for improvement, taking corrective action as necessary.
- Collaborate with credit managers to resolve loan application issues and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
- Coordinate with customer and branch officials to facilitate sanction and documentation processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare action plans for effective search of sales leads, prospects, and referrals.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance and progress.
- Confer with sales team members to provide guidance and support, addressing any challenges or concerns they may face.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve them through proactive measures.
- Collect post-disbursement documents from clients and ensure timely submission to relevant authorities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales management and leadership, with a strong track record of achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
