
RPA/IT Sales Business Development

We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager for RPA/IT Sales.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating new business opportunities and exceeding lead targets. They will be responsible for representing our products and services, identifying customer needs, and suggesting appropriate solutions.
This role requires a strong understanding of the IT industry, with experience selling into specific industries such as Supply Chain/Manufacturing, BFSI, and Retail. The successful candidate will also have hands-on expertise in automation platforms like Automation Anywhere, UiPath, and Blue Prism, as well as proficiency in enterprise-grade application ecosystems like SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, ServiceNow, and Workday.
The Business Development Manager will work closely with sales executives to qualify leads and set up meetings or calls with prospective customers. They will also be responsible for reporting weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress to the sales manager.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets
- Strong communication skills via phone and email
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
