Job Title: ServiceNow Practice Head @Bengaluru/Hyderabad

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to lead, develop, and grow a successful ServiceNow capability and delivery unit.

The ideal candidate will have 18+ years of experience with the last 2-3 years in the role of a ServiceNow practice Leader in an IT services company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate industry expertise with a deep understanding of trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the ServiceNow ecosystem, company, and product roadmap, including various products, platforms, and ServiceNow offerings, market trends, and competitor enterprise products.
  • Understand the ServiceNow system integrators ecosystem, competitive positioning, and market share.
  • Manage global responsibility, including US, Europe, UK, APAC Regions.
  • Manage multiple accounts with P&L responsibility.
  • Drive delivery through successful client implementation and high CSS and CSAT.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Core competencies in practice building, solution architecting, capability building, business pursuit management, operations and delivery management, and P&L ownership.
  • Able to manage and influence a broad range of stakeholders in a global environment.
