We are seeking a seasoned professional with extensive experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and solutioning to join our team as an expert consultant.
- This is a unique opportunity for individuals to hone their skills in interviewing and training others on major ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, GRC, SecOps, HRSD, CSM.
The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of hands-on experience across multiple ServiceNow modules with strong knowledge of real-world implementations, scripting, and integrations.
- The successful candidate will be expected to design and deliver comprehensive interview training sessions and provide one-on-one coaching to candidates preparing for ServiceNow interviews at mid/senior/architect levels.
To excel in this role, applicants must possess excellent communication and mentoring skills, as well as relevant certifications such as CSA, CAD, CIS in multiple ServiceNow modules.
- A key aspect of this position is providing scenario-based problem-solving exercises and whiteboard practice to equip candidates with the necessary tools to tackle real-world challenges.
