
Global Total Rewards Leader

We are seeking a strategic and innovative Head of Total Rewards to lead and shape our compensation, benefits, and rewards strategy globally. As we continue to expand our global presence, we need someone with strong analytical skills and experience in developing and executing comprehensive global compensation frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement a global compensation framework and strategy
• Oversee the creation and continuous improvement of differentiated rewards programs
• Develop and implement a comprehensive job architecture model to ensure consistent and equitable job classifications
• Conduct global compensation benchmarking to ensure competitiveness
• Lead the development of compensation surveys and market analysis
• Administer and manage global benefits programs
• Provide detailed analytical support and insights for compensation planning
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience in a senior Total Rewards or Compensation leadership role
• Strong expertise in establishing and managing a global compensation framework
• In-depth experience with compensation benchmarking and STIPs/LTIPs practices
• Excellent analytical skills, including data modeling and advanced Excel functions
• Expertise in creating high-level PowerPoint presentations
