Strategic Employee Benefits Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled consultant to support our global benefits teams across various locations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality consulting services to end clients.
The successful candidate will possess good domain expertise in employee benefits administration or consulting, with practical experience in tools and techniques. They will take charge of deliverables, effectively meeting stakeholders' expectations and managing projects with minimal dependency.
The ideal candidate will exhibit the right knowledge, experience, and skills to learn new activities within the team, identify opportunities for operational excellence, controls, and innovation, and build a culture of enhancing acquiring knowledge across the team.
They will actively contribute and participate in wider ACPL initiatives and cross-team collaboration, developing stronger working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:- Domain Expertise: Good understanding of employee benefits administration or consulting principles, with practical experience in relevant tools and techniques.
- Project Management: Ability to manage projects with minimal dependency and deliver in an effective manner by timely collaborating with stakeholders.
- Team Collaboration: Exhibit the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and development.
- Knowledge Acquisition: Ability to acquire new knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Theoretical Knowledge: Excellent theoretical knowledge and background experience in employee benefits administration or consulting.
- Search Mechanisms: Expertise in internet search mechanisms, including research and data analysis.
- Software Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office product suites, including VBA, Excel Macros, and MS Access.
