Senior Leadership Opportunity

This role is a high-level leadership position within our organization. We are seeking an experienced finance professional to lead delivery teams, drive growth, and bring subject matter expertise to enhance our services.

  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proven finance professional with strong focus on Record-to-Report (R2R) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) function
    • In-depth understanding of General Accounting, GL, Month End Close, Divisional Accounting, Product Costing, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Vendor reconciliation, Vendor Payments, Invoice processing, P2P Cycle
    • Able to analyze complex data and generate actionable insights for clients and suggest process improvements
    • Detailed understanding and ability to produce meaningful analysis and reports using proprietary and third-party software and databases designed for the finance industry
  • Delivery Excellence:
    • Key contributor in managing delivery teams, driving growth, and bringing subject matter expertise to enhance our services
    • Define project scope, manage timelines, and ensure timely delivery
    • Provide quality oversight on projects and document timely feedback for performance improvement
    • Proven ability to set up new processes and establish quality measures ensuring efficient execution of client deliverables
    • Serve as escalation point for R2R related issues raised by clients. Ensure fast resolution and implement preventive measures
    • Maintain strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
    • Drive productivity and efficiency improvements using appropriate metrics (KPIs)
    • Six Sigma, LEAN, or project management certification is an added advantage but not mandatory
  • Relationship Building:
    • Retain and expand existing client relationships through increased integration
    • Experience working with international clients is preferred
  • Team Development and Leadership:
    • Manage teams working with international clients on financial processes preferably
    • Develop effective training programs to enhance team member skills and knowledge
    • Contribute to operational strategy for FPS function and implement strategy within the team
    • Resolve conflicts and maintain a professional, inclusive work environment
    • Set goals and conduct performance reviews of direct reports. Provide timely, documented performance feedback
    • Recruit and retain top talent within the team
