Job Title: Strategic Finance Leader

Vice President of Finance will oversee key finance functions across Commercial, Balance Sheet, Controls, and CoA teams.

Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Leadership: Drive initiatives to optimize finance operations and align with organizational goals.
  2. Commercial Governance: Oversee FP&A activities, including AOP forecasts, and long-range planning for service towers.
  3. Balance Sheet and Controls Oversight: Govern financial frameworks, including chart of accounts, month-end closing, and cash flow analysis.
  4. Workforce and Cost Centre Management: Own FTE cost modelling across locations, integrating actuals, forecasts, and productivity metrics.
  5. Operational Excellence: Provide strategic direction to the CoA and Cadency teams, ensuring operational excellence and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 15-20 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with expertise in FP&A, commercial finance, and financial controls. They possess a strong understanding of telecom shared services and global finance operations.
