Job Title:

A strategic finance leader is sought to drive financial leadership, business partnering, and investment & cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Leadership: Provide analytical insights to drive change and improve efficiency.
  • Business Partnering: Act as a trusted advisor to leaders by providing commercial and financial decision support.
  • Investment & Cost Management: Support the creation and tracking of investment business cases and monitor cost savings.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare clear, concise financial presentations including QPRs, business plans, dashboards, and waterfall charts.
  • Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and systems to enhance data accuracy and support decision-making.
  • Performance Improvement: Collaborate with divisional finance teams and operational managers to identify opportunities for efficiency and value creation.
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Drive continuous improvement in FP&A processes and ensure compliance with standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to provide analytical insights to drive change and improve efficiency.
  • High accuracy in reporting and meeting deadlines.
  • Knowledge of customer drivers to optimize pricing, cash, and margin.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills (XLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF, text manipulation, data validation) and proficiency in MS Office.
