As a senior finance professional, you will lead end-to-end financial operations, ensuring compliance and partnering with business leaders to drive growth.

The ideal candidate will manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, providing strategic insights into revenue growth and cost optimization. They will also monitor financial performance, highlighting variances and recommending actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and managing financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units.
  • Partnering with senior management to provide strategic insights into revenue growth and cost optimization.
  • Monitoring financial performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and highlighting variances with recommendations for improvement.
  • Managing end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.
  • Conducting financial modeling, business case preparation, and return on investment (ROI) analysis for new projects and investments.
  • Ensuring adherence to relevant financial regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align financial strategies with business goals.
  • Overseeing client billing, revenue recognition, and working capital management.
  • Supporting external audits, statutory filings, and compliance reporting.

Required qualifications include:

  • Mandatory qualifications: Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost Accountant (CMA).
  • 12-15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in IT/consulting.
  • Strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, financial tools, and Microsoft Excel (advanced level).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Role requirements are flexible, and the work schedule is Monday - Friday. The salary is competitive, commensurate with experience.
