Lead Financial Strategist

We seek a seasoned financial leader to spearhead our organization's fiscal operations and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive financial strategy in line with business goals.
  • Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to senior executives and the board.
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis.
  • Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, adhering to regulatory requirements and accounting standards.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and investment planning.
  • Drive efforts to optimize capital structure and funding strategies.
  • Maintain compliance with statutory law and financial regulations (e.g., tax, audit, legal filings).
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 8-12+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic financial leadership, preferably in a high growth startup.
  • Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial analysis for India and international markets (North America and UAE).
