Strategic Financial Planning Leader

We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to drive business insight across our organization. This strategic role will lead the FP&A team in delivering comprehensive financial analysis, ensuring informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Planning: Oversee planning and budgeting cycles, identifying risks and opportunities while communicating key insights to senior leaders.
  • Financial Forecasting: Coordinate forecasting of cash flow, P&L, and balance sheet across various cycles, providing timely and accurate data for business partners.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Analyze group spend, develop reporting suites, and support leadership in overseeing initiatives and benefits.
  • Business Partnerships: Collaborate with senior leaders, particularly operations teams, to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Cost Optimization: Challenge spend, ensure cost alignment with plans, and recommend improvements to maximize value.
  • Capital Projects: Support arguments for capital projects and initiatives, analyzing outcomes and ensuring successful delivery.
  • Spend Insights: Provide detailed spend analysis, identify cost-saving opportunities, and drive optimization efforts.
  • Procurement Partnership: Partner with Procurement on supplier contracts and processes.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously review and optimize reporting and accounting procedures.

Requirements:

  • Business Acumen: Proven business partnering experience with senior leaders in global organizations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong Excel and analytical skills, with ability to work independently and navigate ambiguity.
  • Process Expertise: Experience in improving or creating planning and reporting processes.
  • Communication: Organized, fast-paced, and deadline-driven, with strong communication skills to build relationships across finance and non-finance teams.
