Corporate Real Estate Financial Professional

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Real Estate Financial Professional to join our team. As a key member of our financial services team, you will be responsible for originating and evaluating financing opportunities, structuring transactions, and coordinating due diligence processes with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for:

  • Originating and evaluating financing opportunities for corporate real estate transactions
  • Structuring transactions, including project finance, acquisition financing, and working capital requirements
  • Coordinating due diligence processes with clients, legal counsel, and other advisors
  • Overseeing the entire transaction process, from origination to documentation and monitoring
