Job Title: Sr Manager Training and Development

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our training and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in training and development, with experience in designing and implementing comprehensive training programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing functional, leadership, and mid-level management training programs tailored to organizational and employee needs. They will work closely with stakeholders across multiple locations to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs that address organizational skill gaps and strategic goals
  • Design comprehensive, customized training plans that meet the needs of employees at all levels
  • Implement leadership and mentorship programs to nurture high-potential employees and build future leaders
  • Develop and manage training content, ensuring relevance, accuracy, and alignment with organizational objectives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify training needs and align initiatives with business requirements
  • Plan, schedule, and manage training sessions, ensuring smooth execution and optimal resource utilization

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in training and development, with a proven track record of delivering effective training programs
  • Experience in engaging diverse audiences and fostering participation during training sessions
  • Expertise in content development and management for various training programs
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in planning and managing multiple training programs effectively
