Job Title: Senior Quality Control Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust quality management system that ensures our products meet regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality standards, as well as experience in quality assurance leadership roles. They will be able to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data integrity through internal audits, training, and review.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality audit programs to ensure compliance with GMP regulations
  • Coordinate vendor qualification activities for raw materials, packing materials, and external testing laboratories
  • Responsible for Qualified Person audits and Regulatory Inspections
  • Maintain a GMP compliant document control system and establish a robust QMS to manage change management, deviation management, incidents, complaint handling, and CAPA management
  • Provide quality guidance to product development projects and programs
  • Ensure data integrity through internal audits, training, and review
  • Maintain and improve departmental operational performance to meet regulatory authorities' requirements
  • Ensure SOPs are developed, revised, and approved in accordance with regulatory compliance
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of GMP regulations and quality standards
  • Experience in quality assurance leadership roles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders
  • Knowledge of ICH Q8, Q9, and Q10 guidelines
