Senior Quality Assurance Manager

The Senior Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and quality control processes across the manufacturing facility. This role ensures compliance with industry standards, customer requirements, and internal quality objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and maintain a Quality Management System to ensure adherence to ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
  • Monitor and control quality processes across all stages of production, from raw material inspection to final product testing.
  • Lead and manage a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to achieve quality objectives.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and customer-specific requirements for LV electrical panels.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, defect reduction, and quality improvement using tools like Six Sigma, Lean, and root cause analysis.
  • Oversee testing procedures, including dielectric tests, temperature rise tests, and short-circuit withstand tests, to ensure product reliability and safety.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure incoming materials meet quality specifications and conduct supplier audits as needed.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for quality-related customer queries, complaints, and audits.
  • Maintain accurate quality records, prepare reports, and present quality performance metrics to senior management.
