Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA strategy, manage test teams, and maintain automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Java Selenium automation frameworks, strong understanding of BDD (Cucumber), build tools like Maven, test frameworks like TestNG, and experience in version control systems like Git.

The candidate will be responsible for defining and implementing QA strategy across projects, leading and mentoring a team of QA engineers, overseeing development and maintenance of test automation frameworks, and managing test planning, execution, and reporting.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement QA strategies to ensure high-quality releases
  • Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
  • Oversee development and maintenance of test automation frameworks
  • Manage test planning, execution, and reporting
  • Collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless integration

Requirements:

  • Strong testing and test management experience
