Quality Assurance Strategist

Role Summary:
We are seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Strategist to spearhead our quality management processes as we transition from development to large-scale production.
This position offers a unique opportunity to drive organizational excellence and contribute to cutting-edge urban robotics projects.
Main Responsibilities:- Develop and implement comprehensive quality strategies for hardware and software systems.
- Oversee testing, validation, inspection, and compliance protocols.
- Foster collaboration between R&D, manufacturing, and supplier teams.
- Lead, train, and mentor the quality assurance team.
- Drive ISO certifications and regulatory compliance initiatives.
Key Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in quality control/assurance, preferably in robotics, automation, or aerospace.
- Strong expertise in both hardware and software quality management.
- Experience with Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and AI-powered systems is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Robotics, Electronics, or related fields.
