Job Title: Quality Assurance Professional

The Quality Assurance Professional plays a vital role in ensuring seamless operation of DevSecOps processes. As a key team member, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test plans for application interfaces and operations.

You will maintain quality gates, monitor code metrics, and track defects from QA findings. Additionally, you will conduct release readiness reviews and validate quality criteria prior to deployment.

Other responsibilities include preparing and maintaining audit artifacts for compliance and internal/external reviews, performing vulnerability scanning and reporting using tools such as Sonar Cloud and Visual Studio, and supporting audit readiness and escalating unresolved blockers.

As part of your duties, you will participate in weekly QA reviews, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and provide technical support and troubleshooting for QA-related issues.

Maintaining system documentation and QA procedures is also an essential part of this role, as well as preparing weekly status reports detailing progress, testing tasks, and artifact collection.

In addition to these core responsibilities, you will ensure smooth operation and integration of QA processes within DevSecOps, support release and deployment coordination for enhancements and integrations, and provide training and support to team members on QA tools and processes.

Finally, you will ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards.

  • Proven experience in QA methodologies, test planning, and defect tracking.
  • Knowledge of static code analysis, and vulnerability scanning (e.g. Sonar Cloud).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Desirable qualifications include 3–5 years of experience in QA or related positions, preferably within DevSecOps environments, and relevant certifications.

A Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is required, but proven experience can substitute for degree requirement.

Desirable experience with Sonar Cloud, Visual Studio, and CI/CD pipelines is also beneficial.

This role requires working schedule close to the US PST zone and involves working with remote teams and users.
