Job Summary:

  • We are seeking an experienced Training Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver New Hire Training:

    • Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for new hires through classroom and remote sessions.
    • Manage training batches with a 1:20 ratio, ensuring effective learning outcomes.
  2. Provide Coaching and Feedback:

    • Offer regular feedback and coaching to agents on process, quality, and best practices.
    • Provide on-the-job support to ensure agents meet performance expectations.
  3. Document and Deliver Feedback:

    • Document and deliver feedback based on identified gaps in audits, driving continuous improvement.
  4. Attend Weekly Calibration Calls:

    • Participate in weekly calibration calls with clients or internal teams to discuss training progress and performance metrics.
  5. Conduct Training Sessions:

    • Conduct training sessions as required within specified timelines, ensuring timely completion of training programs.
  6. Assess Trainee Performance:

    • Assess trainee performance during tests, evaluating their understanding of training content.
  7. Manage Databases and Reports:

    • Manage databases, Tbase, daily reports, and analysis, providing insights into training effectiveness.
  8. Motivate Associates:

    • Motivate associates through effective management, career development, and reporting mechanisms, fostering a positive work environment.
  9. Process Transactions:

    • Process transactions on a weekly or monthly basis as defined by the process, maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
  10. Maintain Competency:

    • Maintain competency by obtaining TTT certification, staying up-to-date on new products, and knowing the training phase.
  11. Perform TNI and Conduct Refresher Sessions:

    • Perform TNI on audit findings and conduct refresher sessions, tracking performance and implementing corrective actions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Excellent Communication Skills:

    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills for client-facing roles.
  2. Flexibility and Knowledge:

    • Demonstrate flexibility to work in shifts, preferably afternoon shifts, and possess knowledge of UK Mortgages.
  3. Microsoft Application Skills:

    • Have experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word, etc.
  4. Creative Skills:

    • Possess creative skills to create academies, creation of newsletters, etc.
  5. Attention to Detail:

    • Have attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all tasks.
  6. Investigation and Analysis Skills:

    • Possess investigation and analysis skills to conduct detailed investigations using service providers and open sources.
  7. Result-Oriented and Client-Focused:

    • Be result-oriented and client-focused, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations.
  8. Feedback and Coaching Skills:

    • Possess feedback and coaching skills to provide constructive feedback and coaching to agents.
  9. Rapport-Building Skills:

    • Have good rapport-building skills, extremely methodical and organized.
  10. Cryptocurrency Experience:

    • Have specific experience with cryptocurrency products as a user and/or experience working in the digital currency industry (preferred but not mandatory).

Selection Criteria:

  1. Graduate Degree:

    • Hold a graduate degree in any stream, not enrolled in regular courses.
  2. Minimum 3+ Years of Experience:

    • Have minimum 3+ years of experience in UK Mortgages, preferably end-to-end (E2E).
  3. Citizenship and Age:

    • Be a citizen of India or allowed to work in India, above the age of 18 years.
