
Senior Training Manager – Skill Enhancement

Seeking a Program Coordinator for Skill Development to support and strengthen existing and upcoming programs across Odisha.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end execution of skill training programs across multiple centers.
- Ensure compliance with project guidelines under DDUGKY, OSDA, and other schemes.
- Liaise with stakeholders including government departments, local authorities, and training partners.
- Support mobilization, training operations, assessments, certifications, and placements.
- Monitor center performance through regular visits and reporting.
- Assist in documentation, audits, and submission of reports to funding agencies.
- Facilitate training and capacity building of field staff and trainers.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the skill development sector, preferably in managerial or supervisory roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and related digital tools.
- In-depth understanding of Odisha's regional and administrative landscape.
- Willingness to travel extensively across different districts of the state.
- Prior experience with schemes such as DDUGKY, PMKVY, OSDA, ORMAS, etc.
- Fluency in Odia, with working knowledge of English and Hindi.
- Self-driven with the ability to manage field teams and deliver results within deadlines.
