Job Title: Senior Human Resources Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Manager to lead our HR team in India.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team, drive business outcomes through effective HR practices, and provide exceptional employee experiences.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to deliver exceptional results.
  • Provide expert advice on HR-related matters to senior leadership and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze data to inform HR decisions and improve processes.
  • Maintain compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment and Talent Management:
    • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
    • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and offers.
    • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience:
    • Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives to enhance morale and productivity.
    • Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters.
    • Facilitate open communication and feedback channels between employees and management.
  • HR Operations and Administration:
    • Manage HR systems, processes, and policies to ensure efficiency and compliance.
    • Coordinate and implement benefits, compensation, and performance management programs.
    • Ensure accurate and timely payment of wages and salaries.
  • Reporting and Analytics:
    • Develop and maintain HR dashboards to track key metrics and KPIs.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership on HR-related matters.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a global company.
  • Proven track record of driving business outcomes through effective HR practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience with HR software and systems, such as Workday.
  • Knowledge of Indian employment laws and regulations.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi languages.
