
Channel Development Manager

- The Territory Channel Growth Manager is responsible for managing and developing Over the Counter (OTC) channels in assigned territories.
- This involves ensuring smooth working by Sales Representatives, maintaining relationships with Dealers, and securing timely payments in existing channels.
- In unrepresented areas, the Manager identifies, meets, and appoints new dealers as per company norms and helps generate primary sales until channels are developed. Once channels are operational, Sales Managers oversee the working of Sales Representatives in those areas.
- It is expected that the Manager will be on the field for around 15 to 18 days in a month.
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Strong attention to detail
- Sense of accountability
- Commitment to execute management plans
- 5-8 years of sales experience, preferably channel sales of Ayurvedic products or FMCG
