Key Responsibilities

Sales Process Enhancement: Drive sales numbers, achieve business targets for home loans and cross-selling through client relationship enhancement.

Customer Retention: Retain and expand customer base for home loan and LAP channels to ensure repeat business or referrals.

Business Expansion: Maximize sales through DSAs by effectively managing connector and builder relationships for strong business.

Client Liaison: Develop and maintain strong liaisons with clients for repeat business or referrals.

APF Penetration: Maximize number of APFs and increase penetration in approved APF projects.

Market Development: Identify and develop new builder/channel relationships to penetrate new markets and increase business.

Process Management: Ensure files are processed from login stage to disbursement and liaise with internal departments (Operations and Credit) for completion.

Team Leadership and Planning

Optimize Team Productivity: Effectively manage team of relationship managers to assure achievement of team results and meet business targets and profitability of the area.

Team Alignment: Align with team on ground lead generation activities for Sales.

Training and Motivation: Lead and supervise team of relationship managers for implementation of growth agenda through appropriate training, motivation and deployment strategies.

Industry and Governance

Market Intelligence: Constantly keep abreast of market trends and competitor intelligence to build and develop effective sales and marketing strategies.

Compliance: Ensure compliance to all Audit/NHB regulations as well as processes, policies and reports as per company designed systems.
