Job Summary:

The Sales & Specification Executive at VINURA GLASS Business will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned territory by combining specification work, project management, and channel partner development. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, developing business opportunities, and providing technical solutions to customers in the Industrial and Building segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets as per assigned territory.
  • Maintain and manage a comprehensive database of projects in Industrial and Building segments.
  • Convert project leads and specifications into business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits and build relationships with Consultants & Architects to promote VINURA GLASS solutions.
  • Deliver technical presentations and provide technical support to customers.
  • Manage existing channel partners and develop new channel partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Participate in market development activities, including trade shows, schemes, and promotional events.
  • Ensure timely achievement of collection targets from creditors.
  • Support geographical business expansion and overall business development initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Educational Qualification:

  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering (B.E/B.Tech)

  • MBA (Postgraduate Degree)

  • Experience:

  • 3 to 7 years of relevant experience, especially in specification work with building architects, HVAC consultants, or industrial consultants.

  • Strong knowledge of specification processes and project-based selling.

  • Good understanding of Industrial and Building sector markets.
  • Ability to deliver technical presentations effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets and drive business growth.
