Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager / Senior Sales Executive to join our growing IT & eCommerce solutions company.

Our services include Magento, Laravel, WordPress development, custom eCommerce websites, CRM projects, and related digital solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in lead generation, online bidding, and client acquisition, with additional expertise in paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) considered a major plus.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate leads through bidding platforms (Upwork, Freelancer, Fiverr, etc.), LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
  • Handle the complete sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Promote and sell Magento, Laravel, WordPress, CRM, and eCommerce solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports for management.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–5 years of experience in IT / eCommerce / CRM sales.
  • Strong experience in lead generation and bidding for international clients.
  • Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns will be an added advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive.
