Overview of Role

The Human Resources and Administration Manager role involves leading the HR strategy and overseeing administrative functions across various operations.

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support organisational goals.
  • Talent Management: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and talent retention initiatives.
  • HR Operations: Oversee payroll processing, statutory compliance, employee benefits, and performance management.

  • General Administration: Supervise general administration including facilities, vendor management, and office services.
  • Reporting: Provide HR data analysis and reports for management decision making.
Requirements
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is essential.
  • Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in manufacturing, export, or real estate sectors.
  • Sound knowledge of labour laws, HR practices, and compliance requirements is crucial.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office tools is necessary.
