Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Lead to manage and drive the effective execution of all HR operational functions. This role ensures the smooth execution of all day-to-day HR operations to support business objectives and leads a team of HR professionals to ensure effective collaboration and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compensation & Benefits:

• Develops and implements compensation and benefits strategies aligned with company policies to ensure pay structures remain competitive.

• Manages employee benefits administration, including insurances and incentives.

• Ensures compliance with statutory and regulatory compensation and benefits requirements in coordination with Labour Compliance Officer.

• Streamlines benefits

2. Payroll Management:

• Oversees end-to-end payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate salary disbursement.

• Ensures compliance with tax regulations, social security, and other statutory obligations.

• Implements payroll policies and procedures to maintain accuracy and efficiency.

• Collaborates with Finance and Legal teams to address payroll-related concerns.

• Handles all audits

Onboarding and exiting:

• Onboards employees efficiently.

• Handles Performance Improvement Plans & Disciplinary matters efficiently.

• Separates employees according to company policies.

• Retains employees by providing a positive work environment

3. International & Domestic Mobility (impats & expats):

• Oversees employee mobility programs, including international assignments, visa processing, and expatriate management.

• Ensures compliance with local and international immigration laws and mobility policies.

Labour Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:

• Ensures HR policies comply with Indian labor laws and global corporate standards.

• Handles disciplinary matters.

• Maintains compliance with statutory requirements

HR Administration:

• Ensures smooth HR administrative functions, including employee records, HR documentation, and policy updates.

• Manages HR support services such as onboarding, exit formalities, and employee lifecycle management.

HRMS & Digital Transformation:

• Supports the implementation and maintenance of HRMS solutions for seamless HR operations.

• Leverages HR technology to automate processes, enhance reporting, and improve data accuracy.

• Collaborates with IT and HR teams to integrate digital HR tools for efficiency

Key Competencies & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of payroll management and benefits administration.

• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and compliance requirements.

• Experience in handling international and domestic employee mobility.

• Proficiency in HRMS and digital HR tools.

• Collaborative and stakeholder management skills.

• Analytical mindset with a focus on process optimization and efficiency.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

• Goal-oriented and hands-on mindset.

• Adaptable and cooperative in dynamic team environments

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 10 - 12 years of HR experience.

• Experience in managing teams is preferred.

• Oil & Gas or industrial experience will be highly valued. International inbound and outbound mobility and expat management experience is preferred but not mandatory.
