At Progience, we're looking for a seasoned HR & Admin professional to drive our growth and success.

This is an exceptional opportunity for a strategic thinker who can balance people-centric initiatives with operational excellence. As our ideal candidate, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, employee engagement, retention strategies, and compliance with labor laws, policies, and best practices.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to leadership on people-related matters.
  • Leading recruitment and talent acquisition (tech & non-tech).
  • Driving onboarding, performance management, and career development.
  • Designing and implementing employee engagement and retention strategies.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.

In addition, you will oversee office operations, facilities, and vendor management, manage company policies, contracts, and documentation, ensure smooth execution of travel, logistics, and procurement, and support finance coordination (payroll, reimbursements, vendor payments).

We're seeking someone with 5+ years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in IT/Tech, strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and compliance, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to set up scalable processes in a growing company, and a proactive, detail-oriented, hands-on problem-solving approach.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills.
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies.
  • Knowledge of employee benefits and personnel management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
  • Prior experience in an administrative and business development role is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
