We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee end-to-end HR operations, drive employee engagement, and act as a strong link between management and employees.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition, overseeing onboarding & offboarding processes, handling payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.

They will also conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho). Additionally, they will drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition for diverse roles.
  • Oversee onboarding & offboarding processes, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management.
  • Handle payroll, salaries, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliances.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, track attendance, and manage HRMS tools (Keka/Zoho).
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and team events.
  • Execute exit formalities in a professional and timely manner.
  • Act as a strategic HR partner to management while being approachable to employees.
  • Organize employee engagement events and foster a positive work culture.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4–7 years of strong experience in HR Generalist, HR Operations, and Talent Acquisition.
  • Prior experience in Real Estate HR is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and employee-handling skills.
  • Strong organizational ability with a track record of timely delivery.
  • Hands-on knowledge of HRMS platforms (Keka, Zoho) is preferred.
