About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Development Center in Hyderabad as a DC HR Manager. This strategic and consultative role will execute the larger vision, culture, and business objectives of the organization.

The ideal candidate will be an HR expert with a positive attitude, able to lead and nurture a team of high performers. They will demonstrate highest standards of integrity and personal probity, communicate effectively across different stakeholders, and act as an influencer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Seamless Employee Onboarding and Assimilation
  • Creating a Positive Work Environment and Custodians of Org. Culture
  • Building and Creating the DC Brand in Society and Ensuring Business Continuity
  • Inculcating a High Performance Work Environment and Promoting Diversity and Inclusivity
  • Protecting Interests of Org. and Initiating Disciplinary Action Where Needed
  • Implementing DC Wide Rewards and Recognition Programs and Recommending Solutions to Improve Performance, Retention, and Employee Experience
  • Managing Employee Grievances – Anti – Sexual Harassment, Workplace Concerns
  • Managing the Health & Wellness Program
  • Creating Robust Communication Forums to Facilitate Interactions between Management and Employees

Qualifications:

  • MBA/PGDM/MHRM/MSW/equivalent preferred
  • 11-17 years of experience
