Senior Director of Human Resources Strategy

We work together to develop and implement innovative human resources strategies, supporting organizations in achieving excellence by transforming their organizational capabilities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR to address complex business challenges through cutting-edge systems and processes.
- Partner with implementation teams to design, configure and test key functionality as part of our Workday deployment.
- Participate in workshops, align closely with project managers and process owners to gain a deep understanding of end-to-end processes and associated business requirements.
- Define, build and implement enhancements to HR processes and structures that improve the HR function's alignment to business objectives and ability to drive business results.
- Manage application lifecycle services with WD.
- Mentor team members and processes.
Ensure system designs adhere to solution architecture design and are traceable to functional and non-functional requirements in projects/enhancements. Ensure user experience is taken into account.
