Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team at EyeROV, a leading deeptech marine robotics startup. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets and expanding our presence in the Oil & Gas, Shipping, and allied sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the company's sales targets
- Engage with Oil & Gas customers, shipping companies, ports, and allied sectors to promote EyeROV products and solutions
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to revenue realization
- Create techno-commercial proposals for clients, tenders, and other projects
- Coordinate post-sales activities with clients and operations team, ensuring smooth execution of work and timely payment follow-ups
- Handle tenders with government, PSU, semi-government, and private companies
- Report directly to the CEO
Requirements:
- Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills
- Active listening, highly consultative, and solution-oriented approach
- Strong work ethic and self-starter, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities
- Capability to learn, understand, and communicate technical product requirements
- Fluency in English and Hindi
Added Advantage:
- Experience in the Marine, Shipping, or Oil & Gas Industry
- Familiarity with ROV or similar products or services
