We are disrupting the ERP transformation testing space by building an AI-powered No Code Testing platform for Enterprise applications.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will own the renewal and upsell process for assigned customers. You will develop and execute strategic plans to maintain high renewal rates and minimize churn.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences. This includes identifying opportunities for growth and developing targeted solutions to meet those needs.
