Key Role: Renewal Manager

Main Responsibilities:


We are looking for a seasoned and highly motivated professional to lead client retention efforts with our Hospitality Cloud division. This role involves managing existing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and fostering strong partnerships.

The ideal candidate will effectively negotiate renewals, identify new business opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.


This person will be the primary point of contact for assigned renewal customers, responsible for negotiating and closing deals while finding additional opportunities for engagement within these clients when applicable.

You will need to demonstrate excellent solution-selling skills and manage relationships with Sales and Client Services departments to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieve sales targets as well as support account managers with the same urgency.
