We are seeking a talented Marketing Lead to join our team in the Indian Languages Cluster. As a key member of the marketing department, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute an integrated marketing strategy that aligns with our mission and objectives, focusing on TV viewership, YouTube watch hours, and concurrency growth.
  • Lead brand positioning efforts to establish our channels as trusted and relatable brands in the regional news segment across broadcast, CTV, and OTTs.

Responsibilities also include developing and executing brand campaigns that uphold our brand voice and amplify its position as a regional leader, overseeing PR, corporate communications, and media relations to maintain a positive brand presence, and identifying strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and events that extend brand exposure and drive viewership.

Requirements:
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies and enhance the viewer experience.
