Senior Logistics and Operations Manager for India Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Senior Logistics and Operations Manager to lead our expansion in India. As a key member of our APAC operations team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing logistics, planning, and customer service processes to ensure reliable and sustained service levels at the lowest possible cost.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Initial Operations Infrastructure: Develop and implement logistics, planning, and customer service processes, systems, and measures to enable delivery of 2025 launch business and financial objectives.
- Identify and Address Gaps: Analyze operational systems, organization, and processes to pinpoint areas requiring additional resources or support for rapid scaling of the Indian business. Recommend solutions and participate in executing agreed improvements actions.
- Map Inbound and Outbound Operations Flows: Outline inbound and outbound operations flows by channel from source to point of delivery. Establish an order tracking system and collaborate with source supply chain teams to ensure on-time collection of shipments from plant and departures from origin port.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- At Least 10 Years of Operations Experience: A Supply Chain or Operations professional with extensive experience across all functional areas of Indian operations within a fast-paced, B2B and DTC/B2B electrical appliance or similar value chain.
- Prowess in Influencing Stakeholders: Proven ability to partner with and influence cross-functional internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Broad Experience in Indian Logistics: Strong knowledge of operations systems including Oracle ERP, WMS, EDI, OMS/Middleware, and ability to solve complex problems in a short term.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to develop, measure, and improve key performance indicators, identifying root cause of deviations and taking fast and effective corrective action.
- Leadership Abilities: Ability to lead and develop colleagues in an engaging, inclusive, and results-oriented style that will support the team through the challenges of rapid growth.
