Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Business to lead our e-commerce logistics business in East and North-East India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to grow and scale regional operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Regional Leadership: Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations in East and North-East India, ensuring efficiency and timely deliveries.
  • Business Development: Identify, pitch, and secure new e-commerce logistics clients in the region, expanding market presence.
  • Strategic Execution: Develop and implement growth strategies for the region in alignment with company objectives.
  • Team Management: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and business growth.
  • Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive innovations and process improvements across logistics operations to enhance service quality and scalability.
  • P&L Management: Monitor and manage regional financial performance, ensuring profitability and effective cost control.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends and competitors in the region to identify opportunities and challenges.

Qualifications :

Experience & Knowledge:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the e-commerce logistics industry, working with leading players such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar organizations.
  • Expertise in Last-Mile Logistics: In-depth understanding of last-mile delivery processes, including route optimization, delivery management, and operational challenges unique to the e-commerce sector.
