Job Overview
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sr. Sales Executive at Brown Town Resort. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling resort packages, managing client relationships, coordinating events and bookings, and achieving sales targets. This role involves engaging with guests, delivering exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of the resort.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Promote and sell resort packages to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation skills
- Coordinate events and bookings efficiently

Qualifications and Requirements
- Sales and marketing expertise
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the hospitality or resort industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
Salary and Benefits
The estimated annual salary for this position is between ₹40 lakhs and ₹50 lakhs, based on the location and the role's requirements.
