Job Description:

Vodafone Idea Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to lead our territory sales team in Rajasthan. This role requires a strong background in sales management, distribution planning, and channel implementation.

About the Role:

The Sales Director will be responsible for delivering sales targets across all products, monitoring quality of acquisition through the distribution channel, and tracking competition. The ideal candidate should have excellent leadership skills, a strong analytical mindset, and the ability to build strategic relationships with partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute distribution strategies to drive sales growth
• Maintain high-quality partnerships with channel partners
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity
• Ensure efficient stock availability at retail outlets
• Promote sales activities and build market credibility
• Achieve revenue targets for the distribution channel

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-4 years of experience in sales management or a related field
• Strong understanding of distribution planning and channel implementation
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Data analytics and process improvement skills
• Excel and presentation skills
