We are seeking an experienced Strategic Growth Manager to drive business expansion and strategic growth across key IT services and consulting sectors.
About the JobThis is a high-impact role requiring a seasoned professional with a proven track record in business development and sales. As a Strategic Growth Manager, you will be responsible for owning the entire sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals.
You will develop and implement long-term business development strategies that align with company goals and revenue targets. Your leadership and team management skills will be essential in guiding and mentoring junior sales and business development executives to achieve their KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sales Leadership: Own the entire sales cycle, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing high-value deals.
- B2B Enterprise Engagement: Identify and target enterprise-level B2B clients across diverse industries, building strong relationships with senior-level decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Partnership and Ecosystem Building: Cultivate relationships with consulting firms, IT vendors, and industry partners to expand market reach and business opportunities.
- Market Expansion and New Business Acquisition: Explore new markets and identify growth opportunities in emerging technologies, including cloud, AI, and data solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years in business development or sales, particularly within IT services & consulting sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines (MBA preferred).
- Deep understanding of IT services, consulting, data engineering, and AI solutions.
- Proven experience in closing large-scale deals and building successful, long-term business relationships.
A competitive salary of approximately $85,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and a chance to work with a dynamic and innovative team shaping the future of tech innovation.
