Job Overview:
This leadership position oversees strategic partnerships for Field Accounts, including Multibrand Distribution & Retailers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive business growth by acquiring new accounts and maintaining existing ones.
- Develop sales strategies at an Account level to maximize revenue across the Field Accounts portfolio (Distribution & Retailer accounts).
- Promote sell-in achievements through market visits with partners, influencing primary and secondary sales.
- Ensure sell-out & collections numbers are met.
- Establish a high-performance team culture and foster employee engagement.
Requirements:
- Functional Experience: > 12 years in Sales, predominantly as a Distribution Head.
- Industry Expertise: Ideally in sporting goods, apparel, fashion, shoes or FMCG.
- Leadership Skills: 3-5 years of experience.
- Exposure to Sports, Sales & Distribution management, MBO Sales, Business Development.
