Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Renewal Management Professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for processing customer renewals for software subscription products and helping migrate customers to our ordering platform.

About the Role

This role involves executing all phases of subscription renewal lifecycle, including notifying customers of renewal, building quotes, and closing renewals opportunities for accounts. You will also notify and assist customers with migrating to our ordering platform at the time of renewal, find and execute upsells within your customer base, ensure invoice accuracy, and work closely with Finance to collect payment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer renewals and migrations to our ordering platform.
  • Identify and execute upsell opportunities.
  • Ensure accurate invoicing and payment collection.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Highly detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Strong customer service, listening, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with SaaS-based applications and Salesforce.com preferred.
  • Self-starter with high energy, positive attitude, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
