Job Description

As a seasoned professional in the field of renewable energy, we are seeking an accomplished Finance Director to lead our financial strategy and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of developing comprehensive financial plans that encompass capital structuring and fund-raising through equity and debt instruments.

You will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and rating agencies to secure project financing and optimize terms. Additionally, you will drive negotiations for long-term and short-term loans, ensuring competitive interest rates and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Your expertise in working capital management, treasury operations, and cash flow planning will be crucial in maintaining financial stability. You will also provide strategic financial insights and support for M&A, project finance, and refinancing activities aligned with our company's growth strategy.

Furthermore, you will ensure adherence to domestic and international financial regulations, preparing and presenting financial models, projections, and investment reports to senior management and stakeholders.
