We are looking for a top-notch Senior Finance Manager to lead our team and take charge of various responsibilities including finalizing books of accounts, managing taxation compliance, tracking agreements, developing commercial strategies, negotiating with customers and suppliers, building relationships, overseeing commercial team performance, monitoring budgeting expenses, identifying and managing commercial risks, managing payable and receivable, and dealing with legal works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalization of Books of Accounts
- Preparing Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, ITR
- Managing all Taxation Compliances
- Tracking All Agreements/Bank Guarantees
- Developing Commercial Strategies and Direction of Projects
- Negotiating with Customers, Suppliers and Vendors
- Building and Managing Relationships with Customers
- Overseeing the Performance of the Commercial Team
- Monitoring Budgeting Expenses
- Identifying and Managing Commercial Risks
- Managing Company Payable and Receivable
- Managing all branches of company in terms of accounts and finance
- Dealing with Legal Works of Company
- Studying/Renewing the Agreements of company
- Planning and Implementing Cost Cutting Initiatives
Reporting:
The successful candidate will report directly to the Director/Founder of the Company.
