Financial Operations Leader

We seek a highly experienced Financial Operations Leader to drive end-to-end financial processes, ensure compliance, and partner with business leaders to enhance profitability and efficiency.

The role requires strong financial leadership, strategic planning, and analytical expertise to support business decision-making and drive growth. The Financial Operations Leader will lead and manage financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for business units, and partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.

The Financial Operations Leader will also monitor financial performance against key performance indicators and highlight variances with actionable recommendations, manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes, conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and return on investment analysis for new projects and investments, and ensure adherence to relevant financial regulatory guidelines.

The ideal candidate will have 12-15 years of progressive finance experience with at least 5+ years in a senior leadership role, preferably in IT or consulting, and strong exposure to financial analysis, business partnering, and strategic decision support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end financial operations, including financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Partner with senior management to provide insights into revenue growth, cost optimization, and profitability.
  • Monitor financial performance against key performance indicators and highlight variances with actionable recommendations.
  • Manage end-to-end accounting, compliance, taxation, and internal control processes.
  • Conduct financial modeling, business case preparation, and return on investment analysis for new projects and investments.
  • Ensure adherence to relevant financial regulatory guidelines.
